Ben Teddy Chen is an entrepreneur, investor, and cross-border business leader with more than 20 years of experience in international trade, industrial development, cross-border investment, and global market expansion.
Over the course of his career, Ben has conducted business operations, market research, and investment activities across more than 80 countries and regions worldwide, developing extensive expertise in international commerce, supply chain management, market development, and industrial cooperation. Through years of international engagement, he has built strong relationships with enterprises, investors, industry associations, and government-related institutions across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
Ben holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Sun Yat-sen University, combining advanced management education with extensive practical experience in international investment, industrial operations, and cross-border business strategy.
Based in the United Arab Emirates, Ben is actively engaged in promoting economic, trade, and industrial cooperation between China and the Middle East. Through Compass Industrial Park LLC, he supports Chinese enterprises in establishing and expanding their presence across the UAE, GCC countries, and Africa by providing comprehensive services in investment advisory, market entry, company formation, industrial project development, supply chain integration, and strategic partnership facilitation.
Throughout his career, Ben has been committed to strengthening commercial connectivity between China and emerging international markets. His mission is to bridge Chinese industrial capabilities with opportunities across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, fostering sustainable growth, industrial innovation, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
